Webinar topics and takeaways include:

  • Tax overview
  • Common services subject to sales tax
  • Mixed transactions - what is being sold? Services or property?
  • The digital age - is it software? A service? Something else?
  • Luxury services - really, you're taxing my yoga class?
  • Legislative update - what's happened since we last met

Who should attend:

Midwest-area CFOs, treasurers, controllers, and tax directors of middle-market privately, closely, and publicly held businesses with multistate operations.
