Professional Bio

CAMBI L. CANN concentrates her practice in commercial real estate and finance.  Matters include acquisitions, dispositions and financing of various property types including shopping centers, condominium properties, office buildings, and multifamily apartment buildings.  Cambi is certified as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design ("LEED") Green Associate. In addition, Cambi works with various local and securitized lenders and regularly drafts and negotiates loan documents on behalf of both lenders and borrowers.
